Why a mobile stage
Hours, not days
Faster setup
A scaffold stage can take a day or more. The SL100 is up in about an hour, so the day goes to line checks, not construction.
Smaller crew
One operator and two helpers instead of six to ten builders. That money goes back into your lineup, lighting, or promotion.
Engineered rigging
Pre-engineered points for line arrays, video walls, and banners. No improvised supports and no exposed cabling.
Safety & weather
Written down before show day
Rated. The SL100 is rated for 77 mph winds with the wind walls up and 117 mph with them down.
Wind. We still stop and secure the stage when winds of 45 mph or more are forecast or measured, and wait until they drop.
Lightning. A strike within 10 miles stops the show for 30 minutes.
Inspections. The stage is checked before, during, and after setup.

Site checklist
What the site needs
- A firm, level spot with room for the trailer and outriggers
- Truck access along a path we can walk first
- Clear overhead: no low limbs or lines above the roof
- Power for production: about 12 circuits for full sound and lights, or a generator
- Event permits from your town or venue
- Two helpers for the deploy, and one on-site contact for show day
How long does setup take?
About an hour for the stage itself. Plan extra load-in time for sound and lights on top of that.
How many people do you need from us?
Usually two helpers. They don't need stage experience. They just need to follow instructions and lift things. Our certified operator runs the stage, and we need one on-site contact with a cell phone.
Can the stage go on grass?
Yes, on firm ground. We bring pads and cribbing for the outriggers and walk the drive-in path before the trailer rolls onto the grass.
What happens in high wind or lightning?
The SL100 is rated for 77 mph winds with the wind walls up and 117 mph with them down. On top of that we follow a written weather policy: we stop and secure the stage when winds of 45 mph or more are forecast or measured, and a lightning strike within 10 miles stops the show for 30 minutes. Wind walls are included with every rental.
How do I hold a date?
A deposit locks in the date, crew, and equipment. The balance is due seven days before the event. Deposit terms are set in your quote.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Chimney Rock, NC and work across the Southeast most weekends. Farther out? If you cover the fuel and logistics, we'll take Jolene just about anywhere.
Can our own production company provide sound and lights?
Yes. Stage-only rentals are common. Send your rigging plan so we can confirm loads before the show.
Hold your 2027 date.
Spring and summer weekends go first. A deposit locks in the date, crew, and equipment.
